It was the beginning of a new era, and Dennis envisioned a unisex salon convenient for the whole family. Over dinner with then-wife and fellow Stylist Ann, Dennis sketched on a cocktail napkin a business plan that laid the groundwork for the first Hair Cuttery salon. Bubbles Salon Blends Sophistication, Affordability At
The Plaza at King of Prussia Mall

October, 2002 - Combining the experience of highly-trained professional stylists with the hottest trends in hair fashion, Bubbles Salon is now open for business in The Plaza at King of Prussia Mall.

Bubbles offers a wide range of services including hair design, color and highlights, and texture. The salon also offers a variety of professional haircare products including Fudge, Osis, We Live Like This, Sebastian and the very popular botanical haircare line, Phytologie.

The Philadelphia salon is the newest addition to the Bubbles family, whose other locations in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia are a very popular choice among the fashion-conscious clientele of those areas.

"The Bubbles client is very hip, very sophisticated," said Ann Ratner, president and CEO of Bubbles. "The salon itself reflects the sleek, upscale look that our clients are seeking. But the prices are smart, because people don't want to spend a lot on their hair. I think the people of King of Prussia will really benefit from the Bubbles brand."

A hairdresser originally from England, Ann has created a salon where other hairdressers love to work. Bubbles offers its stylists free education on the hottest trends and techniques and the stylists work with one another as if part of a family.

"This really benefits the client," Ann said. "You can feel the energy when you walk into Bubbles. Our stylists are enthusiastic and creative and they work with a confidence that really makes the client feel comfortable."

Prices for a shampoo, haircut and style blow dry start at $25. Foil highlights start at $75, and single process color starts at $40.
